Grants to End Homelessness

The Mercy Foundation recently awarded seven outstanding projects a Grant to End Homelessness  to end or prevent homelessness, particularly for women, in communities across Australia. We commend the recipient organisations who are working hard to make the right to housing a reality for all in their communities.

The seven projects are:

• Uniting WA  The Together Program
• Older Women’s Network Blue Mountains Homes for Older Women Program
• Sisters of Charity Foundation Modern Slavery Transitional Housing Program
• Prison Network A Pathway from Prison to Permanent Housing
• Northern Community Legal Centre Safe steps to legal rights and financial security
• Cana Communities Art Therapy
• Lighthouse Foundation
